Project: Wallbed with flanking cabinetry
Features: Entire wall of cabinetry with queen bed, concealed storage, crown and base moulding and a rich walnut finish.
ShopNotes: Making a room truly multifunctional means incorporating many elements that have to work together. For this project, the client needed the bedroom space for guests, the floor space as a playroom for the grandchildren and a facing wall for the office desk. By designing in bookshelves the room becomes a library with games and toys concealed behind the doors below. The dark walnut stain added a richness to a room that was painted in a deep red wall color.
